We are simply a group of people who became disillusioned with the service estate agents were providing, having our houses up for sale for months and some even years and still no sale!
We decided if we no longer had to factor in the estate agents huge commisions, we could lower the sale price without losing money on our homes, obviously making them more appealing to potential buyers at the same time! We also all agreed that the more information we can provide about a house, the more comfortable a buyer would be coming to see it. Therefore we use as many photos as we can covering all areas and rooms and any special features you feel would make a unique selling point.
